After two days of gloomy weather and gloomier people in Bilbao, we awoke to a clear, sunny day and took a bus to San Sebastian. The ride was only about an hour, but what a difference! It´s hard to believe this is a real place.
I had read that it´s one of the world´s most beautiful urban beaches. It lives up to the hype. The beach is almost a perfect semicircle, fronted by restaurants and hotels, with scenic overlooks on either end.
That´s about all I can say about the place, because we´ve only been here a few hours!
